These terms apply to all services provided by Fortify 24/7 Pest Control. Please read them before booking.
1. Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the information provided and an inspection where required. The final price is confirmed and approved by you before any treatment begins.
2. Bookings and access
You agree to provide safe access to all areas to be treated at the booked time. Please let us know about pets, children, allergies or health conditions in advance.
3. Service warranty
Eligible treatments include a service warranty of up to 36 months. The warranty period for your treatment is confirmed by your technician on site and recorded on your service report. If the treated pest returns within the warranty period, we will re-treat, provided our preparation and aftercare advice has been followed.
4. Safety and aftercare
Your technician will explain any precautions, such as how long to keep people and pets away from treated areas. Please follow these instructions to keep everyone safe and the treatment effective.
5. Payment
Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booking.
